[Test-Equipment] Fluke 8699A

I've been trying to calibrate a Fluke 8600A multimeter and literally can't
get past Step 1.

Specifically, I can't get the meter to zero on the 200 mV scale with 1 meg
across the input terminals, and adjusting C24 has no effect at all.

The service manual (downloaded from Fluke) suggests that one of the FETs
(Q11, Q13, Q14, Q15, Q16, Q17, or Q21) may be leaking from gate to drain.

Rather than shot-gunning all of these, has anybody got a suggestion on how
to narrow things down?

Has anybody got a more comprehensive service manual that shows the
waveforms/voltages at the several test points shown on the schematic (which,
by the way, are not especially easy to find on the board itself)?
