[Test-Equipment] Standard Capacitors

I have bought a couple of 0.5% 10nF capacitors on the E-place.

They are marked (in Cyrillic script) SSG-1 350B 10000pF +- 0.5% 8710

The 8710 is followed by a Greek capital delta.
The logo is a schematic capacitor symbol inside a circle

Does anybody know anything about these? Any stories about them being good, bad, or indifferent?

Is the "B" actually a western "V"?

I'm sure someone can help!
