I recently bought a non-operational HP-3468A multimeter to salvage the front
panel.

 

I have the following parts available:

 

            Front panel fuse holder (goes in the AC-DC Amps socket) - this
is a rare item and is unobtanium as a replacement part .

It is part of both the 3468 and the 3478 and possibly other HP instruments.

            Glass LCD Display Board - known good- $10.00 - You pay postage

 

 

            Case without front panel - intact but missing the trim strips
that hide the rack-mount attachment points- $10.00 - You pay postage

 

 

            PC Board - complete but known bad - either the display driver or
the main controller is bad - $10.00 - You pay postage
