[Test-Equipment] Found at a rummage sale - a megger

I acquired a Record "Minor" insulation tester at a charity rummage sale 
today. Fortunately, there was a green tag inside the leather case with 
instructions on how to use it. I really have no use for the unit (as far 
as I know), but the price was right ($7.50). It appears to be in 
excellent shape. The Record Electrical Co., Ltd. of Manchester England 
is still very much in business
