[Test-Equipment] Boonton Capacitance bridges

I have your stuff. Doing a patent search for Boonton Electronics comes
up with on one, BRC shows more

I've so far only used Google's patent serach will try another one or
two. Can't believe the 74 or 75 didn't create some.
