[Test-Equipment] Simpsom 314 VOM

I recently purchased a near mint Simpsom 314 Solid State VOM. Of course, there was no documentation. It works fine on DC Volts (haven't tried AC Volts yet). However, the Ohms function(s). do not work. In addition, both the 'ohms adjust' and 'meter zero' knobs are also unresponsive.
The meter has a 'battery check', function which also works fine.
I would love to purchase a Manual / Schematic for it. 

Anyone have any ideas? I have tried all the usual sites, Bama, etc......
