[Test-Equipment] How to get a capacitor standard calibrated/validated/verified?

I contacted a local met lab. They originally wanted $75 to do this; however, after I explained that this is hobby-related, doesn't need to be NIST traceable, no paperwork, etc., the fellow was nice enough to volunteer to do it for free. It doesn't get any better than that.
