[Test-Equipment] Dana board ID

I have a board that is marked DANA LOW ORDER DECODE on the pull tab.
On the component side is DANA 411510K.
Inked on the solder side is 400436F20.
The board is 10.5" long and 4.5" high.
The board connector is 31 gold fingers on both side of the board.
Transistors are 2N1304 with date code indication 1968.
Any idea as to what instrument this came from?
Probably only good for scrap.
