[Test-Equipment] FS: Hickok Tube Checkers

At the dayton hamvention people see my hickok case and want to buy my tester.
However, only the case is hickok, it is a homebrew transmitting tube tester that runs off
12VDC. I can test many tubes up to the 4-1000A.

How do you guarantee them if you are selling them AS IS ?
