[Test-Equipment] Source for 1% capacitors?

Do not connect two caps in series to get higher voltage 
rating, as no one can guaranty that DC voltage will 
divide equally between the two caps. For power 
filtering, one can put equal resistors across each cap,
but in your application, I suspect you don't need the 
leakage...

However, if the original is rated 100V, it's possible 
actual voltage is 50 or less.

I've found a couple of sources for 0.010uF 1% caps.  One of them is a 50V 
version and if I can get by with 50V caps, I think I can even bundle 4 of them 
together as they're pretty small.
