[Test-Equipment] Field strength meter for pacemaker

Hi:

I need some guidance on selecting a field strength meter to measure the
RF energy because I now have a pacemaker and do my own repair and
building of HF / VHF / UHF / Microwave equipment and I do EME at 1.5 KW
144 MHz and soon 432 MHz and 1.296 GHz and higher as I get things built.
I notice that most of the information stated on the web (ARRL and
Pacemakers web page) all state V/M and some of the field strength meters
use W/M2. I know I am not the only person that has asked this question
better safe than sorry.
So what meters would you recommend?
