looks similar to a 4-125or 6155  wth a 6.3 volt filiment. But lower max plate voltage.

Happy monday-
I have two AMPEREX 7378 FS.
 these came from a audio frequency power source, a transformercoupled
thing with a variable freq oscilator.
I have no idea the value so make an offer?
Richardson says ha ha ha 1200 each, but lets be realistic?
