I think it is a 7603, the screen is an antireflective device and RF shield as well.

I have a military scope, by tektronics, numbers as follows:
mainframe-OS-245-P, plug ins= AM-6585: TD-1085.
the mainframe has a fine metal mesh over the tube face.
my question---is this a 70693 or what?
