[Test-Equipment] Looking for A1H neon lamp for HP-410C On/Offswitch

I don't have a dog in this hunt but will comment that although some 
shippers ignore the rules and do it anyway, a padded envelope doesn't meet USPS 
rules for their poor excuse for a tracking system and (b) putting a fragile 
glass lamp in a padded envelope is just begging for it to arrive crushed 
regardless of what carrier or service it was shipped by/under.
