[Test-Equipment] Misc Fluke - was PTS250 - was General Radio (at least all synths !)

Here are two Fluke synthesizers I can not find anything about

The first is not really a synth but a 633A/TS Test Set and the second
is 6160A/DY

The 6160A's upper switch goes from 4 to 15, 40 MHz to 150 MHz

Anyone know anything about them ?
