[Test-Equipment] GR1617A Standard Capacitor is Shorted

keep watching the usual auction sites. GR caps come up all the time. including
the 0.05% variations. over the past 5 years or so I've built up a
fairly complete
set for less the $200. The 'cheaper' ones I've seen go for less the $10.

just takes time
