Hi Jack!!

       I have the same need for the same reasons.  Customers radios.  I'm quite 
short on them and I'm not real thrilled with the performance of the russian 
6E5C.  Many times the 1629 doesn't work so well in the Zenith circuits.  But it 
never hurts to ask.   I saw the public post from Carl KM1H as to reselling on 
E-Bay.   I have never resold any thing I've bought here on E-Bay and I just 
swanted youi to know that this was not an attempt to buy cheap tubes to make a 
buck on.  Carl doesn't know me,he's never talked to me and we've 
only corresponded a couple times on an HRO-500 that I want him to fix for a 
customer.  I'm assuming that he has me confused with someone else.
