[Test-Equipment] WTD: Help with old scope problem

Joe,

If you don't get any horizontal movement even from the external inputs then 
the problem is between them and the CRT deflection plates.  As the vertical 
works, the problem must be in the horizontal amp.  But I wouldn't know 
whether that is one stage or several.
