[Test-Equipment] HP/Agilent 34401A firmware versions?

I have 2 main boards, one with rev. 9 and one with rev. 11 firmware.

What's the difference between these two? Is it worthwhile to search 
out the rev. 11 ROM from a donor PCB?

What is the current rev. of firmware?
