[Test-Equipment] Shorting plugs for calibrating HP meter?

Any good hobby shop "should" have both brass and copper tubing in these
small diameters.
If worse comes to worst, one can try metal shops for scraps, or the home
improvement store - which have copper flashing.
Also look at ACE Hardware or something similar for "small" sheet stock
as that used for shimstock. It comes in steel, brass, and copper.
Roll around your favorite "round" item to achieve the proper size and shape.
