[Test-Equipment] Another boat anchor - Del Electric High voltage supply?

Another rescue from the dumpster. This monster must weigh at least 50 
lbs, and, unfortunately, some of the parts are broken - fuse holder, 
power switch, etc. And, judging from the meters, the output could be 
dangerous. So I won't be turning it on any time soon. BAMA came up with 
nothing on this outfit either, so if anyone has a schematic or any other 
information, I would appreciate it.
