Hi Brooke,

Signal Corps model TS330/TSM  (1 to 15 MHz) is RFL Model 459A

Signal Corps model TS683/TSM  (10 to 140 MHz) is RFL Model 531

There is also the AN-TSM/15 also by RFL which goes to beyond 200MHz I believe.
I don't know the RFL model number,  never did find one and don't have the manual .  Instead I have the solid state 200VHF by 
Saunders which does 10 to 200 MHz.
