I had a problem with a 17xx scope arcing where the HT cable was delaminating. I used a general purpose glue (UHU actually) to glue the layers back together. Lots of weight to ensure no small air gaps between conductors. Problem solved after 24 hrs drying time. May be of help to someone? Phil
