[Test-Equipment] ESR meter

Hi Dave,

Have you considered something like the Capacitor Wizard?  It is an 
analog meter and only does ESR so you would still need an LCR meter to 
read values.
Maybe not as handy as an all in one, but sometimes seperates have their 
place.  Actually, I sometimes have to use 3 units to check esr, value, 
and leakage at higher voltage.
