[Test-Equipment] Looking for manual for HP-8654A

Hi Al,

You might consider loaning your copy to ArtekMedia.com.  They'll
give you 2 freebie CDs of their high rez scans and send the original
back to you.  They also buy good-quality manuals. The 8645A isn't on
their wish list, but it may be worth a shot.

I'm just a satisfied 2x customer.  A good quality .pdf of a manual for
under $10 is a great deal if you can't get the real thing inside your
budget.
