HI again, I started to write an e-mail, hit wrong key, send.  wrong..
I have a need for an item from a 524? plug in, it is a range extender I
think.
Thhere is a vernier knob and shaft on the panel which drives the dial,
this assembly has a set of "pinch washers"
on the knob shaft.
does this ring a bell with any one.  I used to buy the plug in at
hamfests just for the eye tube.
I need the pinch washer things to repair a nice National rx dial drive
tht someone had "fixed"!
I will purchase the complete plug in less the eye tube if need be.
