1. You can use a digital capacitance meter, bridge or resonant circuit to select a 2.0 MFD capacitor from a series of 2.2. MFD capacitors. That might yield a better than 1% tolerance part.
2. If you can find a quality 22 MFD capacitor, place it in series with a 2.2 MFD capacitor to make 2.0 MFD. There are obviously many limitations in this approach.

found is 10%. I realize that 2.2uF is the standard size these days, but
I'm looking for an exact value/tolerance to replace a part in an HP3310B.
