No. 1: very good condition except bottom right quarter torn out of first page. I will include a copy of both sides of the page and will neatly tape them in place on request. $10 including postage.

No. 2: complete and in very good condition other than missing a couple of the plastic rings in the spiral binding. $15 including postage.
