Hi Steve:  Yes it is the Simpson series 1 meter.  I can remagnatize your meter

magnet if you want or sell you a new series one meter.  I can also calibrate your series 1 VOM.  No charge for estimate if you do not want it repaired all you will be out is the postage both ways.  If you buy the series 1 meter and you are not satisfied you may return it for a refund.
