[Test-Equipment] PS Filter Caps for Model 105 Function Generator??

   I would guess it's one or more bad electrolytic capacitors, but not in the power 
supply, although those need checked also.  Test with a good in circuit capacitance ESR 
meter if you can then if that doesn't locate it, for capacity.  Or just replace them all.
