[Test-Equipment] Source for these DMM alligator clips?

Lost one of these and can't seem to find replacements.

These slip onto the end of a standard DMM test probe.

All kinds with generic insulated-boot type clips are available, but 
these molded plastic ones seem to be nowhere to be found.

These came with a Fluke meter I bought used, so I presumed they were 
Fluke. But can't find them on Fluke.com.

Anyone recognize these?
