[Test-Equipment] Can't contact e-Bay seller

I've never experienced this before. I go through the e-Bay sign-on 
dance and click on "ask a question" on the seller's page, click 
"other" and get this statement:

"We're sorry we couldn't find an answer for you. Unfortunately, this 
seller is not able to respond to your question. We suggest reviewing 
the item again to see if your answer is in the seller's listing."

Is there a way to reach a seller directly?
