[Test-Equipment] Danaher buys Keithley Instruments

Danaher is a privately held conglomerate, buying up all the old-line test
equipment companies. They now own most all but Agilent.

It's very unclear as to their intentions. I suspect a wholesale move to
China and an abandonment of all support for non current catalog equipment.
