Hi Peter,
  My site uses a bit of Javascript for the menus and Windoze Media Player for a bit of sound.

  Depending on how you've got your browser enabled this may cause confusion under Explorer 7 & 8.  Either may ask for permission to load the latter.  ActiveX control.  

  This all used to work fine under Explorer 6.

  Firefox also seems to be fine with it.
