Jack,

All of the listings I found for a CE-24A Selective Level Meter show it to be
made by Cushman Electronics.  Are we talking about the same instrument?  You
might be able to purchase a manual from one of the used instrument companies
like Tucker, Varitronics, Test Equipment Depot, and others that have this
meter in stock.

        An EIS Selective level meter followed me home today, I think that
I could muddle thru 
the operation from the front panel data but twid be nice to have a
manual--any one have an idea? 
 yes the EIS CE-24A has ac cord plus internal battery
