[Test-Equipment] HP power cords

That is exactly what I have done with several pieces of HP gear, and it 
doesn't take all that much effort. I salvage the IEC sockets out of 
defunct PC power supplies, so the cost of the conversion is $0.00 and a 
little solder and a couple of screws.
