I have the opportunity to pick up the "base" unit -- without the gun -- of a Hakko 470 desoldering station for cheap. But that seems to be all that's cheap about it. A new gun (Hakko part # C1054) is ~$300. Does anyone have a surplus -- new or used -- gun assembly? If so, please reply off-list. Thanks, Dave
