[Test-Equipment] Module identification

At the Shelby hamfest I picked up a module marked 85804-60023 A7, 
Amplifier Freq. Tripler.
Google did not help.
This appears to have a 500 MHz input, with four outputs.
Can anyone identify this module and possibly point me in the 
direction of a schematic.
It would save a little time reverse engineering the module.
