I'm pretty sure we have a motor-winding shop in town.  Maybe they know how 
to do transformers as well.  I may just check on that.

Thanks for the line of the pots.  I hadn't found any in my online searches, 
but those would work great.  I don't think State Electronics sells direct so 
am looking for a retail site for those pots.
