The second number is an old style -hp- part number. I
found the next higher number is one of the meters on the
608D. I suspect this may be from a 608C or perhaps one of
the microwave generators. I don't have the istruction books
for them on this computer and I am on a dial-up here so
downloading them would be slow. However I think if you check
the parts list you will find this meter. There are many
older instruction manuals at:

606 is probably the Weston type number, they used three
digit type numbers. I don't think it refers to the
instrument. This type of meter was simply never used on the
606A/B generator.
