Actually, HP mixed a few round meters in with the mostly rectangular and
square ones which are more the norm in the vintage era.
The 606 meter is 3 3/4" W x 3 1/4" H and is the smaller of the rectangulars
but has different scales. Yours sounds more like a 60's 431 power meter or
VSWR meter.
