[Test-Equipment] Blue Feather FTP archive temporarily off the air

Fellow list members,

	Please pardon the inconvenience. The Blue Feather FTP archive is temporarily off the air for relocation to a new (and much upgraded) server.

	Rest assured, there has been NO data loss whatsoever. I have at least three backups of the current archive on disk, and yet another on tape. It's simply a matter of redoing the access and mount points once the new system is in place.

	This may take a few days, as I'm waiting on some parts. In the meantime -- If you're looking for something specific, please let me know and I will be happy to forward it to you if I have it.
