Yes it is Yes 50  to 60 MHz out of 8640 to get a 10 kHz to 11 MHz signal 
out.
Tucker had a bunch that were not tested but were in original shipping 
boxes with the original two manuals still in the sealed bags they were 
very cheep compared to the ones checked out. Besides the unit has no 
tubes and works great here.
