[Test-Equipment] Hickok KS-15560-L1 Tube Tester

I bought one of these beasts home this week and have finally started playing
with it.  It looks to be in nice condition and has the Operating
Instructions.  The settings chart is dated 1-1-72.  I replaced the power
cord and gave it a quick visual.  It looks to be very similar to the Hickok
539C and labeled for Western Electric.
 
Is it in fact a 639 clone?  Are settings from the 539 useable?  Is there a
service manual or will the 539C work?  What about extra settings lists?
