[Test-Equipment] Tektronix 475 CRT needed

I am looking for a new CRT for a Tek 475 scope.  The Tek number is 
154-0677-14, P11 phosphor. No manufacturers number is given in the 
manual. Just getting a manufacturers standard designation would be helpful.
