Webster Chicago, Model 78-1 Wire Recorder.
 
This is a little dirty and needs to be cleaned up but, I just turned it on
and the forward and reverse work just fine.
 
It comes with the microphone which is reall coold, kind of art deco and a
spool of wire.
 
I think these were commonly used in offices for dictation.
 
It's heavy and would prefer a local pickup or if you really want it, I will
send it for shipping costs only.
