[Test-Equipment] FS:older test equipment

Would you be interested in taking on a future project. 

I have a national NCX-3 that is in a somewhat disassembled state.  All parts
are bagged and labeled.

The face plate was painted black, I have an additional ncx-3 in which I was
going to use as a parts rig and the face plate if I couldn't get the paint
off.  It comes with manuals and the power supply/speaker which is hard to
come by.  Also free...

I'm down in Issaquah. Today is probably shot for me, but next weekend would
