[Test-Equipment] Opinions on HP-8660C (D?)

The kit is a pile of card edge extenders, some mini-coax (SMB or SMC)
cables and maybe some other things like multi-pin extender cables.
Yes, you can likely make or scrounge the parts for a workable one. It will
be a PITA though.
