Hello: You cannot use the 2-01A tube in the HP probe on the 410C. Reason is that the 2-01C is a 5vac fil and the EA53 is a 6.3vac fil. There is no filament adjustment in the HP410C. The filament voltage comes directly of from a secondary filament

winding. In some cases the probe shell in the HP11036A is a little longer

that the 410B probe shell because the EA53 is a little longer tube. Sometimes you can use the EA53 in the 410B because you adjust the voltage to 6.3V. Didn't your HP11036A probe come with a EA53 tube? I have EA53 tubes for sale if you can't find one. I also repair the HP410C and the HP410B if you need help.
