[Test-Equipment] Dead Data I/O 29B programmer

My Data I/O 29B seems to have died. Passes self test but does not actually work! After pulling it apart there is a dead PROM (324-1031-001 Rev A). All the inputs are OK but no outputs. This is an I/O decoder and seems to control most of the R/W funtions & the RS232 output as well. Can anyone sell me a replacement PROM?
